Tourism in India has a bright future & already the department of tourism has started with charted trips, attracting many indians & foreign travellers. India provides a great variety & congenial climate to most tourists. The Indians of the new millennium has the age-old desire to travel & more disposable income & thus can be considered a good potential tourist. Foreigners enjoy competitive airfares & affordable package tours offered by a number of leading tour operators & there is a steady increase of national income by 20% every year. Tourism promise to earn foreign exchange has led to development of various resort, travel plans or schedules & a great amount of organized propaganda.Group travel is also developing dramatically these days,  as individual travel involves many worries & hassles that are now taken care of by the tour operators. The indians & foreign tourists  seem to have realized the educative & the therapeutic value of tours. They blast away the draudgery & rejuvenated the mind.  On an average four million upper middle class indians travel all over the world & india in particular in search of exotic destination, spectacular sight, luxury hotels, superior turning, delicious food, shopping bargains with various credit card. The taste of adventure is using more & more tourist as such adventure provide an exciting departure from the preferred holiday routine of familiar spots & schedules. Thus the tourists are taken to those historical days of reality. Realising the revenue & cultural importance, the government of India, has designed all the places of tourist interest on the foreign style. Tours have now become a therapy to get relieved from the stress “ the sick hurry & devided aims'”(Arnold) of modern life. India provides a great atmosphere variety &  different culture.Now, from 2020 till now minimum 70% hotels, resorts are affected for covid 19, lots of employees has lost their job. Hotels, resorts are need to government ENTRY to survive the tourism industry. Most of the employees are hotel management background, they are well educated but covid 19 makes them unemployment. Now they are searching the new industry, because hotels & resorts are paying very poor salary to the staff due to corona excuse. So who is responsible for the current situation we don't know but our responsibility is to take precaution. COVID-19 outbreak has presented unprecedented circumstances before the fragile tourism and hospitality industry. The highly infectious novel coronavirus continues to thwart the sector and raises serious questions about the present and future survival of the sector.
