Parental alienation is a issue mostly come under the matrimonial dispute between husband and wife, in this issue mostly child is suffered, because of one parent is against to other parent he/she use the child as weapon to take revenge on other parent, child don't know anything but the parent who take the child custody  of child will pour the poision in childs mind for other parent. 

As we know father -mother are most important in the world for every child, child loose is childhood because of this matrimonial dispute, love, affection, emotion, relationship of a father and child is breking due to parental alienation. 

Family court are also not giving the right decision for child rights they are giving the custody to one parent, other parent is becoming the just vistor in his own childs life. 

Mostly in the world father and child are suffering this emotional, mental torture.child have the right to get the love and affection of both parents but no. Child is deprived loos the family values, the child lose paternal life and he become against to other parent. 

This type of children are usually become the drug addicted, they don't like the society they use to live there own life in there own world. 

There are many cases in the world and many children who are suffering from this syndrome but the society is also not aware of thai what happening with childs life and future, due this child are also attempt for crime. There are many ngo, human rights, child rights but know one is bothering about the child childhood. All should get the awareness of PARENTAL ALIENATION there is 25 April day which we consider as parental alienation awareness day. 

Let us we support that children who are deprived and depressed by there mental health. Let we ask for a shared parenting a child have his/her own rights to get the love of both parents, child may don't know because they are minor they won't say anything and they suffer alot. 

Law shouldn't be gender based iin india mostly law is used gender based
