Being judged leads to self-criticism

You asses yourself more harshly the more harshly you judge others. We educate our thoughts to look for the negative by consistently finding the negative in others. Stress levels may rise as a result of this. Stress can impair immunological function, raise blood pressure, lead to exhaustion, depression, anxiety, and even stroke. In actuality, stress has a negative impact on the health of 43% of all American adults. A number of health issues, including It's simple to spot flaws, but it takes work to find the positive qualities in both ourselves and other people. The more we learn to love ourselves, the more we learn to accept the flaws in others.

It causes people to withdraw

When individuals are aware of your  judgemental nature, they immediately take a Step aside. People grow cautious around you and hesitate to say anything  significiant. You must learn to accept   individuals for who they are if you  want to build lasting connections. Distancing yourself from people will prevent you from connecting with friends and relatives. Death risk might increase by 50-90% depending on social  isolation.

It hinders personal growth

In reality, you are pointing back at yourself when you point your finger at someone. Many people prefer to criticise others than to think about how they can do better. It's often simpler to accuse your partner of being overly sensitive than to own up to your partner of being overly sensitive than to own up to your harmful statements. Another aspect is that some people criticise others in order to feel better about themselves. You will never be able to go past your current situation if  you are unable to identify where you need to improve.

Just not that fascinating

Positive people are naturally attractive to other people. Positive people are enjoyable to be around because they radiate pleasant energy. A person is more likely to lose friends if the are more pessimistic. Nobody enjoys listening to never-ending stream of complaints. If you've ever spent a lot of time around someone who is always being critical, you know how exhausting it can be.

Develop mindfulness

It will be simpler to let go of unfavourable judgements the more you can concentrate on living in the moment. On occasion, you could make assumptions about other people based on your own past decisions or apparent flaws. You can evaluate the current situation in the context of
the present if you can be more mindful.
