Sleep Mistakes You Didn't Know You Made..[part-3]

Hi friends πŸ™‚, welcome back to my new blog. Friends I have shared part-1 , part-2, and part-3 based on this topic. It's all because , sleep is extremely important for your body. It helps to restore energy , boosts your immune system , fends off depression and decreases the risk of stroke and heart disease. Lack of proper sleep leads to daytime sleepiness, inability to concentrate ,  irritation , stress and high blood pressure.

  • WRONG SLEEPING POSITION 

        While waking up you might found that having a back pain, red eyes , and pains in your necks this all because of your wrong sleping position. One should not sleep over there stomach because it gives a heavy pain on your neck , leading to poor sleep , feeling of discomfort during the day. The best sleeping position are on your back with small pillows supporting your knees, on your side with a pillow between your knees  and in the fetal position. 

  • THINKING ABOUT WORK 

          Usually the majority of the people think about their works, bill payments and their loans includes there every financial problems , everything swings up their mind before they fall asleep. Unfortunately these thoughts cause anxiety and disturbs your sleep. Each and everyone face different kind of stress and problems depends on their situation. It's ok , but  always avoid all your stress before your bed time. 

  • GETTING COLD 

         Knowingly or unknowingly for everyone while we wake up in the middle of the night our both the legs got stucked liked ice blocks. So , if your feet tend to get cold at night time , remember to put on a pair of warm socks before going to bed. Alternatively you can use a heating  pads . 

  • DRINKING COFFEE  

       Finally the one which I want to share is don't drink coffee after 7pm. Drinking coffee before bed time will completely slow down your sleepingness. U fortunately sleep and coffee never go hand in hand. This drink is a powerfull stimulant , and will keep you energized no matter what. Even if you massage to fall asleep , your sleep won't be as deep and restful as usuall. 

So friends try to avoid all the above things  before going to bed, which I mentioned in all my three parts of blogs based on this topic. Do follow my points and you will feel a way more rested and energetic in the morning and during the next day.
