Hello everyone🙂 welcome back to my blog. Do you know the reason behind the  reach and every indian foods. You will be very excited to know all these , because it gives you a amazing taste and also have a great health benefits.   And my todays topic is all about reasons why indian food is logical and intelligent.  So without any further delay let us get into the topic…….

TURMERIC 

Do you know why turmeric is almost used in many dishes. Turmeric provides pecular yellow colour. Adding turmeric in dishes makes digestive juices will be secreted better. And also the colour makes the food very delicious and our eyes eat before our mouth is full.

It is antibacterial, anti inflammatory kill harmful microbes in the vegetables and also reduces inflammations in the body. Instead of adding the artificial colour, natural herbs like turmeric adds healing value and colour to the food. 

The combination of black pepper and turmeric , in this turmeric black pepper amplifies the absorption of turmeric. Using this turmeric in non-vegetarian dishes gives you a great colour and taste. Even for washing all the raw non-veg foods you can use this. 

BITTER GOURD 

It is well known for its detoxifying properties. Bitter gourd is nutrious but it's equally difficult to eat. Marinate bitter gourd with salt for 30minutes. Marinating bitter gourd will draw out bitter juices.

Bitter gourd are combined with sour foods. To make the bitter taste further, fennel seeds are an integral ingredient for bitter gourd curry. Bitter gourd are generally fried in a generous quantity of oil. Intelligent way of balancing properties of bitter gourd, marinating with salt. Combine with sour foods, fry it in generous amount of oil.

BLACK URAD DAL 

Black gram is among the most strength pluses. Not easy to digest can create gas in your abdomen. Adding fresh butter in black urad dal balances it's drying effects and avoids gas in abdomen.

FENUGREEK SEEDS 

Interesting properties of fenugreek seeds is it's affinity for certain wild yeasts. Fenugreek seeds give viscosity to the batter. Gives a crispy texture. Recipes prepared by our ancestors have stood the real test of time.

USING BARE HAND WHILE PREPARING FOOD 

Is intrinsic to indian cooking. Kneading the dough making chapati's, making laddos isn't dirty and unhygienic. Importance of tough, Appropriately charged , make it more lively, easy and to digest. Fingerprints are a major center of tactile sensations. Mothers make food more lively by using bare hands while cooking.
