We are the one to decide how the day to be. Iur morning routine will decide our own day .Anyway everyone knows about it but even though I would like to share some importance of morning routine . when we see it in the way of science, there is a circuit between your brain and neurones ,even there are some hormones, dopamine Like this there are many things these all will make you to feel happy the whole day and it will help you to retain your whole day which depends on your morning routine , but if we have not done it properly we may feel like irritation ,anger and even we feel like bored the whole day . when your day starts with positive Vibe than you will retain your old day in happy moment but when it starts with negative thought, then the whole day you will face some sort of negativity. so if you are willing to change all these then you can follow the 3 simple steps…….
First ,plan your daily routine the day before you go to bed wake up early in the morning it's too good to start your day at 5 in the morning . Avoid using cell phones before bedtimes. stop using mobiles at least 30 minutes before bedtime. waking up early in the morning is difficult for everyone it's just not for you alone , if you are workout person then you might be knowing the benefits already.
Secondly…..if you are starting new ,start with just 15 minutes of walking . Right after you wake up drink your Fluids and start walking for 15 minutes. you will realise the magic yourself,15 minutes is all it takes. It triggers your neurones and the happy hormones ,you can see the difference in change of mind.
Thirdly…. Take a note of three things that you already have and thank them it's gratitude. simple ,this very moment we are alive is a big bonus in today's situation . every day wake up and just feel for you that you are alive right now. So ,It can be anything just list out three things don't say you don't have any, when you think about three things you will end up with at least 10 things that you are happy………………….so start your day with these three things .
so that I wanted to share you these three things that you can do during your morning routine. Try to practice this routine, when you start doing this ,your day will change ,when your day changes your thoughts will change and when your thoughts change your life will change and you will be the happiest person.
