And getting into the topic, β¦..Today I wanted to share about an important aspect of our eyes and brains. It is called macular carotenoids. Macular degeneration happens to our eyes where the retina and it's connected elements get affected.
Secondly absent mindedness
Especially for the women happens when your brain degenerates. Two out of three are women who are affected by this problem. Both these issues can be rectified through healthy food habits. You can avoid macular degeneration if you include these four food in your diet.
CARROTS
carrots are good for your eyes. We have told about this fact for ages. Especially in this era where we use a lot of e-advices and phones which affects our eyes. Included at least two carrots in your diet once in every two days.
SWEET POTATO
Sweet potato is also a food that is rich in macular carotenoids. There are a lot of other components in it, but to put it simple, it is rich in macular carotenoids.
PAPAYA
Papaya, a fruit which everyone knows it's importance but do not know the reasons why it is good. As per the research 100gms of papaya everyday or at least once in two days will do wonders for your eyes and brain.
WHITE PUMPKIN
Similarly, pumpkin , especially the white one is good for your health. Pumpkin juice in the morning can be the best way to include, but can be taken in any form as you like. It keeps your eyes and brain healthy. Additionally white pumpkins keeps your bloods alkalinity levels at normal. Blood can become more acidic which leads to many problems. Your bloods ph should be alkaline at all time. These four foods can keep your eyes and brain healthy, especially the women. Although it works the same for both women and men, but women are the most affected and two out of three are the women who suffers from absent-mindedness.
