Yes Friends , eyes are very important for us , because, our eyes are the only organ which makes a great view of this beautiful world. So why don't we take care of our most precious eyes by following some simple steps. Even it's necessary tooβ¦.
And now let we look up into 5 steps to improve our eye sight.
Step 1 : EYE WASH
Recover lost eye sight. Fill your mouth full with water. Your eyes expands. Splash cold water on your eyes. It gives instant cooling.
STEP -2. Rose water wash
If possible buy eye wash cup. Put 15 drops of pure rose water. Fill the rest with cold water. Place it firmly on your eyes. Hold firmly, open your eye and move the pupil around. After one minute throw this water and refill for other eye.place firmly on other eye and repeat. It will calm down inflammation roots cause of weak eyes
STEP -3 Eye tonic
Eye tonic will recover lost eye sight. Seven almonds soaked and peeled . Whole black pepper four seeds, thread mishri to sweeten , keep pan on low flame.cow milk 250 ml, mixture add now ,boil for 10 minutes. Drink slowly sip by sip. To get maximum benefit do not eat anything for next one hour.
While working in office take care of your eyes. A few measures ,can speed up the recovery by 2x . Take breaks , close your eyes , sip water. Relax your eyes. Rub your palms and place on eyes. Use free time , press points , do exercise. Wash your eyes whenever you go to wash room.
STEP -4 Skin drying
Skin drying ,make a choice, how fast do you want to recover? Do you take phone in wash room ? Then replace it with book.use grey scale feature often when you don't want to get distracted. grey scale makes smart phone less interesting , pc is not with you ,purposeless scrolling will reduce.
STEP -5 Short message for eye tips.
Avoid walking in bare foot, it weakens the eye muscles.Blink more often , it prevents drying of eyes. Sleep in dark room avoid dim lights. Protect your eyes from heat, always wear sunglasses.Consume an amla a day which is excellent for eyes.Use screen guard which protects your eyes.Eat eye strengthening foods like carrot , ghee, moong dhal.To increase blood circulation Practice sarvaang asana .
Eye soother this will recover lost eye sight. Classical medicines highly effective in improving eyesight.
