Food court is a place where people use to eat. In some work places they call it as canteen , cafet area, food court. So by clearing the doubts , or to check whether it is available are not . For all this purpose you can tell do we have a food court here ? For other facilities we can use this do we have and related to our questions we can add balance sentence.
conducting any meeting or organising projects by the time you decided to finish it of , just say let's wind up the session.

If any meeting is held on to join immediately we use to say like within 2 or 3 minutes I'll join. At any point you are requested to join in meeting just pronounce the above sentence.

This is somewhat same as like keep me informed. but here you may use it for when you looking into some projects or to get further more updates in it.
When any projects or online works that have been shifted there timings to inform about it to others just say meeti g is scheduled.
Sending some of the meeting links is called invite. For example ,if I'm going to send some links or I'm going to sending some meeting links in groups. By the time you can tell let me send an invite.
