Nowadays depression takes vital role in everyone's life in many ways, we suddenly stuck into some sort of depression, we are not able to point out this or that but something for some reason we are depressed. Depression has taken centre stage especially in the post pandemic period.
And guys now I am going to share one simple trick which you can practice to get rid of all your depression and now we can see some the science behind thos and also even it is a prove one. The study was made with 2 lakhs people who were suffering from depression . Very simple friends and it was true and that was exercising 20 minutes a day or 15 minutes a week makes depression go away in less than 6 weeks.
