RAGI MALT
For quick and healthy breakfast option you can try this ragi malt. Ragi is a wonder grain which has high nutrition that promotes weight loss, controls diabetics, it will reduces the cholestrol and also relaxes the body.
To prepare this ragi malt ,first in a bowl take some 3 to 4 table spoons of ragi flour. Add 1 cup of water and mix it to get a thick paste. And boil 1 cup of water in medium flame ,add few rock salt and add that ragi paste, then cook for 3 to 4 minutes and let it cool ,and transfer it in a glass, then add ½ lemon juice in it, and 50g curd . Mix it all well.
This drink has minerals , vitamin D and high in calcium and also rich in fibre. Ragi malt is perfect breakfast for weight watchers.
TURMERIC MILK
This turmeric milk is perfect for winters. To prepare this milk first boil 200ml of milk in pan on medium flame. Add half spoon of turmeric and add a pinch of turmeric in it, then add ¼ spoon of cow ghee, let the milk boil .
Turmeric is the super herb which acts as a anti bacterial and anti viral properties. And it is a great body detoxifier too…even it will purifies the blood and cleanses the blood vessels. Intake of this turmeric milk flushes out all the toxins in our body. It will also improves our skin tone.
Black pepper increases the absorption of turmeric . Ghee + milk gives pre nectar. It's best for many health problems. This turmeric milk is very special and best to drink at the month of November, December and January. Ofcourse , right now we are in November month, try it out in this winter guys…
Really I tried this drink , I take it in a warm temperature, really it cures my cold…. Regular intake of this turmeric milk will does wonder to our body…
One-hour before bed at night is the best time to have this turmeric milk.

Usually most of the energy drink in the shops will be loaded with chemicals. But coconut water is the mother's nature energy drink which has numerous benefits. It's completely pure by nature. Chemical free water. Detoxifies the body . Ideally drink coconut water before 12 noon for maximum benefit. And also drink coconut water when you are dehydrated. It is mother natures sports drink.
