3. Sticky vegetables
Try to avoid eating eating sticky vegetables. When comes to sticky the first one which comes to our mind is ladies finger. And even more foods are also available. Somesticky vegetables are really very healthy for us, it is said that those stickyness cures our joint pains and knee pains, but at the same time due to its sticky nature itis avoided for the skin issue persons..
Even eating brinjals will make your skin get irritated. It's not applicable for all and all type of skin. But the person who already have a skin problem , when eating this brinjal really it will irritates their skin.
Consuming such Vegetables becomes the major cause of the problem. And you will get the out of some sort of itchy feelings and some kind of rashes.
But apart from all these you can take all greenish vegetables,like beens , peas and also you tae carrots ,beetroot ,these all fruits will help your skin to get better.
Always try to eat some fresh seasonal vegetables. Which makes you feel fresh …..
2. Sour foods
Sour foods can be avoided by the skin disorders persons. Sour foods especially tamarind can be wrongly stimulating for the person who is vulnerable for the skin disorders.
Lime juices, you can add with it hot water and consume it the morning time,
Sour foods also cause some skin issues. When we eat some sour foods items , the sudden taste of its makes us little bit shakey…
Instead of eating tamarind chutney you can consume some corriander mint chutney. Need not completely abstain from sour foods. Lemon and amla helps detox the body of toxins.
Tomato can also be consumed, you can also take curd in your foods. Which is rich in calcium, phosporous, probiotics and amino acids. But still some people can get skin problem,
It's only because of long retained foods , when it comes to curd you must don't freeze it , even home made curd is better for your skin. But when it freezed for long hour , it become very sour to taste, which will affects your skin also….
1 . Refined foods
Skin problem is your bodys way, is conveying that it is not able to get rid of toxins. White bread , noodles , pastas, which made our of refined grains. Refined foods being devoid of fibre. Tend to stick to the intestinal walls which then rot to further produce toxins. Always buy whole wheat bread. It's better and healthier to prepare homemade noodles using wheat flour.
