Are You Loosing Confidence And Hope?

Let's start…..

Let me ask you a question. Is a there a situation or time in your life where you lost the complete confidence and hope in you and felt that you are not worthy any more. 

In my case it is a big yes. Because there are few situations in my life where I lost the complete confidence in me and also the faith in god and felt that nothing good happens to me. In fact I am feeling the same now. This is the reason I am writing this blog.

People say that if you loose this opportunity there is a better opportunity waiting for you. Even I used to believe this at a point. But now I am tired and fed up of having hope and waiting for the better opportunities. I don't know why but nothing good is happening to me. People are saying that this is not your time, you don't have luck, the stars are not in favor and many…….But I don't believe all these and such type of words are making me constantly loose hope in me and leading to depression. I feel like there is no one around me who can understand me and feel exactly what I am going through. 

I can just trust god at this point and let the things happen as planned by god. But I found some healing methods which make people to come out of their depression and thought that I could share these methods with you and these would help some of you in few situations.

Firstly talk to the awesome people you know and who feel that you are awesome and can achieve any thing and people who can heal you, have a nice talk to such people(If you have this type of people in your life then definitely you are lucky).

Take a deep breathe and sit alone in a room for a few minutes or hours if needed and think who you are and what you have accomplished previously this brings back the confidence in you.

Keep a distance from the toxic people and toxic talks. Surround your self with positivity and positive people. Try doing meditation early in the morning or in the evening. This relaxes your mind and it builds confidence in you.

Every one have their own good times. Do not compare your self with other people and get into depression. All the dreams that you dreamt of are going to turn into reality very soon.
