There are many fruits and veggies which are hybrids and we are consuming them in our day-to-day life but question is, do we know about them? 

Firstly we should know what is hybrid plant ?

hybrid is the offspring resulting from combining the qualities of two different species , genera of plant but it is not that easy process ,making of hybrid plants processed under laboratory .but these days seeds of hybrid plants are easily available in online market.

Let's discuss about some interesting facts about fruits and veggies 

fruits - there are many fruits from hybridization 

• Dragon fruit- known by many names dragon fruit or pitahaya or pitaya grown in tropical and sub-tropical region of the world .It is hybrid of kiwi and pear .Dragon fruit is sweet to taste is from pear and texture is like kiwi with little seeds . It is basically from southern maxico and americabut these days it is growing all over the world of tropical region 

• Blue java banana - blue java bananas are  hybrid of seeded bananas Musa Acuminata and Musa Balbisiana.  According to  people it taste like vanilla ice cream with blue color and the texture is creamy .

• grapple fruits -as per the name grapple fruit ,it is a hybrid of grapes and apple . This grapple look like apple but taste like grapes .It is rich in calories and have apple and grapes nutritional value .

• plumcot - plumcot is a hybrid fruit look like plum and taste like apricot .There are very different variety of plumcot .Some variety known as pluot

• Pomato- pomato is a grafted plant and have ability to grow potato and tomato in a single plant .Inside soil pototo growth is occur and in stem part tomato growth is occur .Lets have a look of a picture then you can understand easily 

• Broccoli - Broccoli is made up  of wild cabbage and cauliflower .It is more palatable,and contain high nutritional value .It differ in flavor but we can't say this is hybrid cabbage and cauliflower are from the same family .
• Broccoflower -Broccoflower is a hybrid of broccoli and cauliflower ,rich in vitamin C .Broccoli and broccoflower are two diiferet vegs.

•  Rainbow flower -Rainbow flower looks like an artificial flower but these are living flower . During the growth of the flower different colours dyes is inserted in the stem and petals take colour naturally .

• Bonsai tree - Bon sai plant is dwarf plant mainly use for decorative and indoor environment purpose .They are very small and can grow easily in container and pot  I can say these plants are dwarf form of huge trees . you can easily order the seed of bonsai plant ,there are many variety of bonsai tree.
