We see about simple tips about daily lifestyle, We do those things but we don't know the method, the way we are doing is write. Those things are we discuss today.
Morning weak up to night before bed, what we are doing and i share what i learn.
1.Morning wake up
Nowadays we are wake up your own time because of our work schedule. So we slleep when we got time to sleep we sleep. Somebody Nowadays don't have time to sleep. But we try to follow, Because of our health is more important.
The one of the book is having THE MIRACLE MORNING,the book was written by Hal Elrod is an American author.
Normally our Ancestors are weak up at early morning past years, Nowadays also village people are following the same. Early to bed and early to risk makes one healthy, wealthy and wise. According to research, enough sleep and waking up early is very important for maintaining ove rhealth of the body. Nowadays we face much health problem, we started live with the disease. We adopted disease is part of life.
2. Brushing Benefits
Brushing your teeth every day isn't just a way to keep your mouth feelinh clean. Brushing twice per day, 2 minutes each time. After brushing don't clean the mouth with water wait up to 20 mins, because of the peast contain many good chmical to strenth the teath, but now we use moth wash so we don't wait. Mouthwash is kill harmful bacteria, prevent tooth decay, strengthen your tooth.
3. Bathing Benefit
Bathing can help to improve the body health, breath easier, benefit your muscle, joints and bones, nervous system, balance your hormones. Personal hygiene, to prevent the disease spread, body odors, remove dead cells etc….
Bathing methods
Nowadays we take hot water for bathing i think so. But at morning better avoid hot water bath, it makes u tired sleepy mood, better bath in normal water it give a freshness, to be more active. Hot water bath is take at before sleep or evening, you feel tired at evening because of work, traveling. So if you take a hot water bath at evening is good for health, It reduce the tired body pain, improve the blood circulation, feel energy etc…..
4. DrInking of water
Water is the most important for living things, after brushing drink at least (650ml)3 glass of water is most important, if u drink mild hot water is much, much good for heath, if drinking of water at emty stomach reduce the dehydration, and clean the stomach, prevent headaches, increase energy, flushes toxins from the body, improves your skin, it helps also weight lose, flat belly. Daily at least take more than 3 litters of water. etc…….
5. Intake of food
Food is the main energy source of human life, without food we cont sevey. But ow days really we don't know what is food, we eat more fast foods snakes this that……. We don't know really it is good for health or not, But we eat daily. We con't avod this, but control is good for health. At Morning we take like idly sambar dosa, uppma, like that, avoide bread, butter, jom ……..Morning intake time between 7 to 8 clk is good time, at afternoon 12 to 1 ck is good time, night 7 to 8 clk is fine. Becasue of good digestion we need , it give good body health. don't heat food for Hungry, food i s for energy survey, so try to take good and healthy food. Without good healthy, what is purpose of surveying your life, what is the purpose????? .. Be aware of your health……
6. Sleeping
Sleeping is the faverote part of daily life, konw a days we dont sleep enough, research says 8 hour sleep is need every person, but we dont follow, if we sleep we cont survey the life, but health is also important, at least we try to sleep at least 5 hours. Good sleep give healthy life, balanced weight, less sick, reduce stress and improve your mood, Lack of sleep it increase the risk for obesity, heart disease, infection, stress, hormone imbalance, etc……
