Meditation will not help you, if you think your materialistic or day-to-day life problems can be solved by meditation then you are wrong. If we have problems, desires, wants and meditate to vanish those, we are just trying to find an escape way. Rather dissolving mediate intensified those desires. Wherever you try to close your eyes and try to concentrate, the mind automatically drags towards those unfulfilled longings, wants, desires, and fears again and again you try to concentrate, again and again, the mind will shift focus. It's not about your mind or my mind, his or her mind it's the basic psyche of the Mind.
What is the way out? You should design your life in such a way where everything becomes ‘autopilot mode’ where conflict becomes less. I again say it's not about your life, my life, or any other life, Life as itself. Sounds all confusing and ambiguous? let's understand it together.
If you look toward life simply means without any prejudices, it has three primary necessities, health, relationship, and career.
Health should be, and undoubtedly is, the priority of life. How can a weak mother protect her child? One should take care of their own health. It's not a choice, it's inevitable. It is known to all that to maintain health, one has to do some physical training, whether in the form of exercise or playing sports. Then there's diet, which has a greater impact on health maintenance. As Ayurveda says, a foul gut is the root cause of most of our diseases, directly or indirectly. People talk about exercise or diet, but no one talks about the five elements which we are all made of. air, water, earth, space, and fire. Do you think one could maintain their physical as well as mental health if the balance of those five elements was upset? So, think about how you will become free from your health if you intelligently design your health routine.
Humans, as we are rightly called, are social animals. But you have to know that every relationship has its limitations. They, like your parents, are your most ardent supporters; you are their top priority, but that doesn't mean they understand you completely. As an example, if you want to pursue a career as a freelance editor or content creator, there is a high chance you will not understand, or criticize, you. They might never understand you. I mean, it is so obvious that these kinds of professions are unknown to them. There is a generation gap. They do know the good or bad aspects of those professions, so they are scared. So don't be sad about it, 'oh my parents don't understand me, how can I make them understand?' is, they do not understand, and unless you show them something through action and results, that result might not help them to understand. This is true for many other relationships also, because the combination of information stored in your brain and other people's brains is very different. Knowing this very fact completely will set you free from the unnecessary emotional tangle in a relationship.
And the last thing you need to consider is your job in relation to your life and your society. Don't do something because of others doing it, also do not choose something because of its coolness or because it is fashionable. Choose something which suits you, and that's how you can dissolve conflict. Meditation will not help you until and unless you choose the right path. What is right and what is wrong? Something which suits you. It does not mean your path will become a bed of roses. Still, you have to face struggles, hurdles, and failures, as Swami Vivekananda said. “Arise, awake and stop not till the goal is reached.”

Lastly, I like to add, when you design your life intelligently then you can ask the most important question, only humans can't ask that, only humans can pursue that question. What are you? Who am I?
