Best And Least Morning Friendly Fruits

guten Tag to all readers out there..Well, this time I learned to say good day in German. 'guten Tag' is a German word meaning good-day. Hoping you guys learned a new word in German today because of me.. Getting into the topic we all somehow have enough knowledge on nutritional importance and facts on fruits, but more stress has to be made on the time by which we just put them inside our stomach..Not only calories of the fruit, but also the quantity, time of its intake, intestinal absorption rate, absorption inhibitors all plays a major role in buliding a healthy body .. 

The following are some of the fruits, that has to be avoided in empty stomach.

1. Oranges

2. Lemon

3. Guava

4. Fresh grapes (both green and purple)

The above fruits are not advised to take in the empty stomach, as they have high acid content, stomach acid level gets imbalanced after their ingestion resulting in increased acid secretion,making stomach ulcers worse.

5. Banana

If you ask me, banana is the best fruit I would say.. They are sweet,(okay.. not all varieties) but are still delicious even if they are sour. Bananas have high levels of magnesium in them, which disturbs the maganesium-calcium ratio in the blood which gets disturbed when ingested in empty stomach or probably before breakfast. Inaddition, it is also said, that this high magnesium levels of banana may have an impact over the intestinal function.

Done with the least fruits to have in the morning particularly on empty stomach, lets have a look at some fruits which are probably best in the morning..

  1. Pomegranates

Pomes are the best fruit for women, as they tend to increase the hemoglobin levels to an extent when consumed regularly. They also tend to reduce abdominal cramps during menstruation.

2. Watermelon

A low calorie fruit filled with a significant amount of electrolytes which helps with weight loss, hydration and because of its high electrolyte levels, it can even be used by sports person as an energy drink..

3. Papaya

The beta-carotene (Vitamin-A) present in papaya helps with improved vision, weight loss, blood purifying (Resulting in glowing skin), removing the toxins built-up.

Additional tip to all readers, Try to have fruits as a whole, or as salads and limit their intake in form of juices.. I know, having a fruit juice is less time-consuming but still when grinded denaturation of fibre takes place significantly thereby reducing the fibre content of a fruit.
