The popular five muscles of mental fitness are:

2. Helpful Beliefs
Most of us try to think that our beliefs are true. On the perspective of universe, beliefs are indeed a set of assumptions. Thus, assumptions can be experimented, challenged and can be succeeded with a new one.
Finding an opportunity to win in whatever situation we face, setting aside our existing opinions and giving ourselves the freedom to imagine and arrive at the different outcomes of a particular situation is an example of being mentally fit.
3. Self-assessment
The self-assessment means assessing and being aware of our emotions, moods and physical sensations which run like a commentary in our head. To be mentally fit, one has to get better at managing and regulating the emotions and our response to triggers.

‘Holding multiple perspectives’ not just means being able to view multiple possible outcomes, but also having the ‘Yet-to-be-Known’ mindset.
