So, today I am going to discuss some habits to be developed in you to make your day…
They say that anything you do for 41 days becomes your habit, and I don't think this is much longer time to develop any habit. Anyone can do this if we are interested.
2.We should make our bed by ourselves. This is the step to start a fresh morning. A neat and clean morning is the first step to neat day and neat future. Many of us now a days have servants or our mothers do this for us and we have normalised this but we should do it by our own. If you cannot even make your own bed, how will you handle your rest of life.
3 We should sit under sun for around 20 minutes. This would help us to wake up freshly and start our day with shine of sun and energy. Sunrise rays provides us vitamin D, which is good for our skin and body.
4. We must do exercise or atleast Surya namaskar for 5-10 times to open our body and start our day with fitness. Even if you have really busy schedule of your life but you should give your body some time for its care and maintenance. If we will not be fit, we would not be able to do anything in a day.
5. Have a planner. We should plan all the things we have to complete today and plan their timing accordingly. A thing done on time is always beneficial, you don't have the fear of pending or deadlines.
6 Drink atleast 2 glasses of water as for hydrating yourself. This we help to increase your metabolism and will keep uh healthy. Our body is around 70% of water and we need to drink around 4-5 liter of water each day for healthy skin and metabolism.
7 We should worship to God every morning and also while you are sleeping. In morning we should thanks him to show us a new day and at night to thank him that we crossed one more day of our life happily.
