HOW TO FIND WAYS TO GET BACK TO YOURSELF?
In this hustle bustle of daily life, we ignore the most important people in our lives, we often hear lots of stories on the internet and news which makes us believe in the unthinkable. Society has modernized itself to the ways of being more opportunistic and more capitalistic. The cut throat competition does not leave our children and us too. Technology has brought us closer to virtual world but has drifted us away from the real. it is a necessary evil, yet , sometimes we need a little bit of us.
AIRPLANE MODE : There is a special button on our gadgets which is called the airplane mode, it acts like a disclaimer on every gadget we own. There is a Airplane Mode in our system, where, daily we can give ourselves the valuable time we need to give to ourselves. There has to be one hour of the day or more where you just sit and unwind, all by yourself and enjoy your own company. The time spent with your own self will allow you to know yourself and nourish yourself and replenish those drained thoughts which get lost in the cacophony.
BINGE ON THOUGHTS : Binge on good thoughts. Read good books. A good read opens your insight to lots of unexplored thoughts and discuss the same with someone. Be open to their opinions and thoughts as well. Books have so far been my best friends too, they have encouraged me to be the best version of myself. Good thoughts help you to think positively and increases our reasoning abilities and thus, helps in resolving conflicts internally and externally. They often tell you things no one tells you about.
BE AWARE: Be very much aware of your thoughts and feelings. This is absolutely important to understand your emotions and its consequences and outcome, if they turn to action. If there are bad, let them pass and allow yourself to find a true solution to deal with it. If we do not allow our body to deal with the stress arising out of conflicting thoughts, we will never be able to learn to let those bad feelings pass. They eat into our thought process. Keep a note of your good thoughts too and learn from yourself and do give yourself a high five, when you do something right.
LOVE YOURSELF: It is by far the greatest forces in the world that has kept things together. Love yourself as you would love someone else. Remember, only a healthy tree can stand tall and give shade and bear good fruits. It is very important for you to be content in order to share that same with someone else. A true nourishing relationship with your own self will develop, only, when you chose to have that kind of relationship with yourself. Your choices will be guided by your will to be happy and content with yourself. Choose your company wisely, be around people who want you to be a part of their journey . Be with people who encourage you to be the best version of yourself.
The best feeling in this world, so far, is being ALIVE and in a state where you are completely in peace with yourself. When your heart and soul is totally in sync with each other and Turbulence of thoughts is dealt with ease and your existence finally has a meaning. This is often a luxury we often dream off but it is not unachievable. We must try to put the above points in practice to attain our inner peace. This will show results in personal relationships as well as professionally we will perform better in our work areas. Unwind, Relax and let things pass you andβ¦.
