Is it okay to be angry, anxious and sleepless and sad all the time? Is it alright to do many things at one time? Is it cool to appear busy and actually not doing anything? Is it okay not to have friends?

NO

Definitely not.

We often ignore the symptoms and don't find the true cause of anything abnormal in our lives.

Little did we know that stress is the silent killer and root cause of all the abnormalities in our health today.

No matter how much we run away from the truth Technology is advancing us to a better future but also degrading our health and killing us on the other side.

Since the lockdown has started we have seen deaths due to COVID as well as suicide and heart issues more than general ill and other obvious issues.

People are indulging in a lot of screen time and now children are also a part of this owing to the online school system.

Is there no way to fight this ? The question is are we ever going to break free from the fangs of our screen.

How can we resolve this:

  •  We have to do the impossible. Switch off our phones for a certain part of the day.
  • Treat connectivity as as our grandparents treated their landline phones. They lead more meaningful lives than what we do now.
  • Give your children the same habit.
  • Follow your Interests like a hobby or an activity that boosts your self esteem.
  • Keep a close knit circle of friends and family. There is really no need of know the whole world. They whole wouldn't care about you if you hurt yourself.
  • Let the things come and go and keep a stoic approach to everything that comes your way. It is absolutely ok to react less.
  • Eat less. Eat as much as required, do not over eat .
  • Exercise daily and keep yourself moving.
  • Talk to people who like you and love you and want you to be with them.
  • Stick to your routines.
  • Detox yourself in everyway, Technologically, physically and mentally.
  • Spend only on necessities.
  • Declutter your space.
  • Revive your inner enigma but meditating and be aware of your stress and peace.
  • Do only one thing at a given time.

Hope these above points will help you rethink, stop and unwind.

SMILE, STAY SAFE, BE HAPPY AND KEEP THAT STRESS AT BAY.
