10. Wake up without an alarm and don't look at your phone. Turn it upside down if you must. Watch the fan or the ceiling, let the bed soak up how you are feeling, and stay.

9. Get up but keep sitting on your bed for a bit. Empty your head, no matter what's trying to cloud it. It's those small moments right before you are completely awake, that will give you a some sanity. Seek it.

8. No, don't you dare touch it! Leave your phone alone. There's nothing there that you want to see. Pull your hand back, control your wandering eyes, there's so much more to look at in your life.

7. Get up, work on autopilot for a bit, make your coffee, watch your breakfast cooking, set the table without thinking, be careful though, you don't want to make the mistake of putting two plates instead of one. Go on.

6. Turn the TV on, watch something funny, turn off every thought that you need to check your phone, that you need to ask how he or she is doing. No, don't look back, yes still lying there, face down as it should, you don't need it yet. No you don't.

5. Pick up one of those books you have been putting off reading for so long. Try to move on. Remember that friend who suggested that one plan, where you would be able to go on a long drive, maybe ask them if you still can.

4. Yes, it's time now to rip the band-aid, I know you feel prepared but you need to go this. Gather up your strength, you are about to pick that thing up again. Quickly scroll past the messages left on your phone, and call that friend that one you wanted to catch up for so long.

3. Plan an outing with them, or maybe or dinner, but definitely delete their number from phone sooner. I know you don't want to, I know you can't stand to see this end, but somethings cannot be apologized away, no matter how much the pain they give you.

2. Do it now while you still have this strength, that heart in your chest need some rest, and you need to be able to check your phone without always feeling anxious.

1.Get ready go out have a fun time. For once, did you notice, you forget to open your phone.
