Now the question arises here is what is relationship management? It is simply the management of our relationship. Now, you might be thinking what we need to manage in relationship , it's just a bond of two. But, you know what this is one of the reason behind our unsuccessful relationships. Relationship also needs management , a proper management of love, time, understanding, conversation.
We think just giving a specific name to the bond between two people is all what relationship needs. I'm sorry but do you really think that the person needs only name to their bind with you? Is giving name is enough to expect our comfortability from them?
Guys, relationship is like a seed which we need to burry in soil and to pur water to convert them into a beautiful plant or a huge strong tree. A plant requires proper management of place , temperature, water, climate, type osf soil to grow older , similarly a relationship needs proper management to grow.
Many time people get busy in their lives and that's ok! But, is it right to forget about the one you tied with you in a bond? Is it right to ignore them for your problems? Is it right to leave them if they misunderstood you ? Is it right to blame them for living you more than you love them ? It's an important topic to discuss in this generation because we are getting so much busy in our works that we forget about the people who are tied with us.
Yeah, do work and get success but hold their hand. Having huge success but no one to celebrate is worst than having small business and happy people around you. Here I don't mean at all that stop working, or work according to surrounding but, you can't let them suffer because of your future securities.
