Many people have only time to look for work in the emergency world.but there is no time to maintained the body.there is also no physical exertion in the jobs you see.thus it is the body that is going to be vulnerable.so it is important to set aside time to exercise.

Exercise plays a very important role in enhancing physical health.many types of need. There are exercise.some exercise helathy for health,also help to cure disease.some exercise like yoga are also used for mental well-being.

Improve mental health

If you exercise for 30-45minutes  daily, the body and brain be refreshed and healthy.also help to keep the mental state level.exercise also help build new neurons.this can get rid of mental illnesses like Alzheimer's or Parkinson's. In particular although mental illness occur later in life, exercise have the power to prevent it.

Reduce tension

Exercise can help control stress level.the mind will be calm.this will increase self -confidence and remove worries.

To reduce stress

We are more likely to experience stress in the office and at home for variety of reason.exercise is a good way to avoid this.exercise greatly reduces stress.

If exercised, the heart from many diseases be safe.if you have hereditary heart disease, you can live a long and helathy life by exercising.so exercise and stay away from heart disease.

Exercise not only helps to lose weight, it also help to prevent diabetes in overweight people.Even more so if you exercise daily, your blood sugar level will be under control.

High blood pressure is also called quite killer.exercise regularly to prevent high blood pressure.its increase blood flow.also the muscle get more oxygen.this will help the blood vessels to relax and prevent high blood pressure.

Exercise not only reduce unwanted fat but also normalize our digestive disorder.

To increase physical stamina

Excessive sweating due to exercise from time to time will make us tired. But if we do it regularly,our fitness will increase and reduce fatigue.
