Atheism is one of the climbing top changes in the world. Atheism is the doctrine where someone refuses to agree with the presence of God or any supernatural power to rule and guide us along. Atheist is someone who disagrees with supernatural presence.
It's an universal fact that being atheist is frowned upon and a taboo since the time immemorial. Almost every religion and pagans on the earth consider it as a sin. A horrible one if one might add. Most of the religious leaders of the world claim it as a horrendous sin.
But we believe that any religion on the earth gives faith and support you need in life. It's the supernatural power we fortunately mostly blame for something bad, and seldom praise for the good. It's for the supernatural power you turn to, for hope, for luck, for happiness, for success, for peace and many things you want in your life.
It's a harsh truth that humans are fragile. They need the approval of the community around them, community's love, community's recognition, community's empathy. Being a social animal, it's really hard not to be a part of the community. We want someone who would listen and understand us without judging us. We want someone to vent upon our anger. We want hope and unconditional love. We want someone to live by.
But it's equally true that unconditional love is rare. Others like us do expect something in return. They, like us, expect unconditional love without judgement. That's not their fault because we are all the same. We are all on the same plane. And it's often we find people trying to lean on something for support. For faith, for unconditional love, for acceptance.
We choose the almighty God, the supernatural power to tend us our wounds, to give hope, to give love we desperately need. It's the faith upon the supernatural power that pushes us back to fight, for the miracle to happen we desperately want. It's easier to praise and blame the supernatural power for our deeds.
We trust and rely on the supernatural power since it can never blame or judge you, because we were taught trust of God would never fail us. We trust him as much as we do ourselves.
So it's not abnormal or psychotic or any other disorder when a person rely on something natural other than the supernatural. If someone doesn't have faith or trust in God, it's okay. He trusts other powers. He has faith in nature. He seeks support from something normal. He trusts his own principle of 'No God' as much as we trust God. We need not to force someone to trust the same thing as we do. It's true that people have trust issues.
It's okay as long as someone trusts and has faith in something to count on. For all we want is something to love, and if the person found his 'something' that gives him hope and love and has faith in it, it's okay. For no person can never live without hope for tomorrow and support from the past to live the present.
