How to build our Life?
Is it essential for us to build our lives? surely yes, because we are go through various lifestyle including our eating habits .we can't get enough nutrients, minerals and other elements from our meal .so our health is quiet bad .so we have to improve it by several means like workout, several exercises, walking, running,etc.The main aim is to burn the calories.Nowadays we are sick with many medical conditions.But our past say we are healthy because in ancient times people eat only good food and the chances of getting junk foods are rarely.But now things are reversed. Even though children too go through these illness .Thus we have to improve it and it's not too late to get healthy and we have to protect our children from being ill.
We can get healthy through various food items like wheat,egg white (full of protein), ragi,dry fruits,etc. include these items in our diet can improve our health. Mung bean is a great source of protein (24 g protein per 100 g).
Also, fitness is much important as food. Engage in any fitness activity can lead a healthy lifestyle.one can regularly walk, going to gym, treadmill workout,etc can burn calories. It's is important to both men and women.Women can improve their body after delivery through gym workouts .A trainer can improve better than ourselves. Also periods cramps are controlled through regular workouts .
Weight is a prime factor in a human being.some are of underweight and other are of over weight.Gym can control our weight and helps to lead a normal weight. But food is the first thing and after that workout benefits.
Workout can protect ourselves from deseases for a while. The function of our Heart,lungs, muscles, and blood circulation has to be improved by doing workout.There are two types of fitness
1.Health related fitness
2.Motor related fitness
One have to follow health related fitness by improving our day to day health and wellness. Otherwise one have to follow motor related fitness to improve their professional health ( swimming, athletes, weight lifting, sports persons,etc). They are of different types of exercises the both types have.
Not only our health, but also physical health,our mental health will also improved through workouts. Depression, anxiety, fear, tension also can overcome through regular workouts.Also our social well being can improve through workouts. Punctuality, reliability, memory power, mental strength are also the benefits of fitness.
So it's getting too late to build our Life. So make time to follow fitness is a great thing to do and protect our future from being sick.Be physically engaged always and thereby get high in academics .The primary thing a child can do is to stay strong and be prepared to face challanges in life . fitness can do for a while.
