Hi everyone as we were going through many concept and mystery topic but today our topic is different and it is work ethic. It is not a mysterious topic but very helpful content that can help you towards your goal. Now there are many of you who know work ethic but if you don't know then work ethic means “the principle that hard work is intrinsically virtuous or worthy of reward”. Acocording to Google it is the definition, but if you understand that works out for you best and always be dedicated towards your goal. Work ethic start from your belief system its not about that you are too motivated and doing your workout at 3 AM its your belief system that is seen in your work for example if you belief that you are a sports car then you will maintain yourself and put better oil in you. Thinking about your own is important than to listen about others. Always beleif in yourself that's the thing that makes you different from others. If you have a desire to achive something or a goal than you need a well developed belief system. There are many reasons to quit but you need only one reason to start again.

.There are many sportsman in the world and also more talented then CR7 but no one have that work ethic like him. And the thing to learn from CR7 is his belief system he has elite mentality. He has put in his mind that he is the best athelete in the world that's why he work hard for his best . Once his former fitness coach Giovanni Mauri gave an interview with Tuttosport he revealed Ronaldo once did an hour-long gym session after a Champions League away day, at 2am. Ronaldo's body is like 20 year old at the age 33 and he has 7 percent body fat and 50 percent muscle its his team report of Juventus. He is the fifa world cup faster player and also the best. From this you can know his hardwork. All though he has a work ethic to notice.(In an interview virat kohli said that my training and schedule is planed by trainer but he takes lot of inspiration from Ronaldo). See virat kohli is does not that much belive in talent as he belives in hardwork and this shows he is a believe system. In interview he told that its a constant effort just like eat,sleep,train,repeat he also told that consistency is boring that's why people can't be consistent. How much we tell about him its not enough. Once, saurabh ganguly said in interview that his friend saw virat kohli going with trainer to gym as he has played 167 runs innings in vizag test as saurabh ganguly's friend was also a cricketer he asked virat kohli that you have played a big inning and now came to gym? Then he answered that I want to make 167 score as test single ton,double ton to triple tons and it is possible when I workout after this intense inning from this you can see virat's ethic and his old coach said, that he saw a hunger of becoming a good cricketer in him and we should see his work ethic.
