Murudeshwar temple! 

Indian’s second-largest statue of Lord shiva. According to shiv Purana, where the human body ends with the five elements, its world ends and we get able to see the lovely and beautiful world of Lord shiva. It’s not too easy to write about Lord shiva and get to know him, but the more we try to know him, the more we become to shivmay and we lost somewhere in this world created by him.

  That is why every outside the temple of Bholenath, we see countless saints serving him. Without doing or celebrating any festival, they remain preoccupied in their meditation and because of this, the welfare of Sanatan dharma continues.

 Even though there are endless questions and those questions that have always been raised on Hinduism, but they say that those who are true shouldn’t take their side and that is why even after so many years our Hinduism is in every corner of the world.

 There are such many places in the world, whose architecture we are stunned to see. But the architecture of our temples in India is different and pristine, which is no match and this architecture is build at that time when there was neither modern technology nor much convenience.

This temple of lord shiva is situated on the kanuka hill in the state of Karnataka, where one can see the beautiful confluence of nature and devotion. We hardly plan of visiting Karnataka when it comes to our travels, but when we think of this wonderful darshan of lord shiva, this place doesn’t leave our mind. There is water on all three sides of the temple which means here is the  Arabian sea and in front of the temple, there is a  15 ft high statue of Lord Shiva, which is very attractive. There are two elephants like real elephants in front of the temple and the main gate is called a GOPURA. Every part of the temple has complex carvings which give it a belief that we live in a country where our forefathers were so creatives. 

The nights-days here, the weather here, and the cool breeze coming from the beach make for a wonderful feeling. However, there are more attractive places to visit such as parks, forts, and ponds. A  flock of ducks is also worth seeing in one’s ponds. There is a different intoxication in the winds here which makes the mind happy.
