Hello to everyone,

It’s important to a daily routine because it keeps a lot of things linked to it,and in this time most important is healthy living.To live a healthu life firstly you should be healthy so that you can live your life the way you want to live it.

During the time of lockdown there are so many people who will be stressed or there will be lot’s of problems in their life due to which there can be depression and mental stress too.

And by the way we are not able to pay attention to ourself in our busy schedule.So,to reduce your stress at such a difficult time,the best option is to make your daily routine good so that we do not face any further trouble.
 When you will be healthy it feel make you feel light and happy and the glow you will able to see on your face.

Once you will try to do these things I promise you will find out the best you from you,we have everything with us but we have to work to find out that thing and to come out for our better things,once you will get this and understand this you will find out the things which will make you the best version of you among all.

Healthy is playing a very prominent role in our lifestyle,usually we ignore to do this but once you will start this you will going to love it.
 

For effective routine you can follow these steps:-

1.Start your morning with drinking warm water,🧂if u can add some lemon on it then it will be better otherwise warm water is sufficient.

2.You can continue then with yoga and meditation🙋🏼‍♀️,which will definitely reduce your stress significantly and will give you peace of mind.🙏🏻

3.Avoid the oily foods in the breakfast,try to have some healthy foods like 🍇 fruits 🍈,fruits salad 🥗,juices,(If you have headache, you can have milk and makhane for breakfast.)

4.This is the most important because there are so many people who may not be able to do so much,then the best thing is drink plenty of water daily.
 

Best to drink plenty of water because it will make your skin glow and your hair stops falling.

Because we usually forget to drink water but it affects our body in many ways which can be affected in your life as well.

It seems like nothing but this works will make you feel best to do the things in your life.

So if you guys can make ur routine best then it will definitely show you the best you.
