So we have to keep on meditating every on meditating every single day. That is the long cut.

The short cut is is to develop a tremendous heart - wrenching craving in the heart that ,

“I must become that."

I had started meditation with the desire to know God, to understand reality, and make a friend out of my creator, but five year down the line I didn't see those same desires manifesting in my practice . i was still mumbling the prayer every night, but I had stopped feeling it . Meditation had become a race to get the next point.

During the meditation we take up the idea that  ‘Divine Light is present in my heart’. We make a pledge in our heart and try to connect with the source, with the help of Transmission, and we can then truly appreciate what we have received. The key here is to wait without knowing what we are actually waiting for .This attitude can be retained after meditation also.

Doing meditation and see after long period of time some changes are come and it is very small but the time span within which these changes occur is even smaller. As a result there is quite a significant effect on our lives since we, as human, are not used to welcoming and accepting such dramatic changes . However, we are able to live and cope with these changes when we are regularly and sincerely practice the method of meditation such is the generosity of our beloved God in serving the need of each on of us .

Begin with a suggestion that the source of light is within my heart and it is attracting me inward .                     4. By the meditation our body are very relaxed and ne

When we meditate every day, we learn to God the elasticity of consciousness  as it expands there and back again, from thinking to feeling to becoming to being to non - being, and back to thinking
