As we all are aware of how much we waste paper everyday which leads to constant cutting of trees so on this World Environment Day I am going to present before you all my  DIY craft which i made using old magazine papers . This is a best out of waste idea so that the papers are not wasted but used in a creative way. The materials which i used for making this paper basket  are listed below. 

Materials which are required to make this paper basket are  :-

1- Old magazine papers or old newspapers( as the name suggests ) . 

2- Scissors for cutting the papers ✂

3- Tape

4- Glue 

5-  Patience( this is what you require the most) 

How to make it? 

As i already mentioned, use old magazine papers or old newspapers for making this pretty paper basket. . The measurement of the paper  is - 5 cm length and 12.5 cm breadth. Now fold it and make  20 strips with it. Weave them altogether in such a way that they are not at all loose from any side. 

Repeat it and make 3 threads,each thread consisting of 20 strips attached together using tape. Now you have to place these threads one over the other using glue. ( if these threads are not getting attached properly ) You will get a basket shaped stand. Here's a picture for you to be helped.

Patience,time and paper is what is required to make this. 

What are its Uses ? 

You may be wondering about how to use it.This awesome paper basket can be used in many ways.As  i am a really messy person so i made it so that i can use it for keeping my pens and highlighters together so that I am able to find them out . This is really helping me out. 

This paper basket works as an organiser .

You can also use it for keeping stuff such as  combs, lipsticks, hair bands, bobby pins, hair 🖇️and much more. You can also use it in your kitchen ro keep the spoons, knifes and folks together. 

This is a very useful craft made out of waste. So what are you waiting for? Just go for it .In this way you can reuse your old newspapers or magazine papers and indirectly help mother earth to heal Herself. This is a very  basic step which we can do at our part and help our planet.
