Bermuda Triangle, also known as the Devil's Triangle is one of the most mysterious places in the world. It's located off the Southern coast of USA., between Bermuda, Florida and Puerto Rico. This area is one of the busiest trade routes in the world where vessels going to and fro America, Europe and the Carribian cross the region.

Over the centuries, several planes and ships have disappeared over this region. This region has also been blamed for the disappearance of several people in the past decades. Mysterious stories of the Bermuda Triangle begun since the first voyage of Cristopher Columbus, when he saw a flame crashing into the sea of this triangular region.

The first incident to come into public attention was in the 20th century, when a Navy Cargo ship, USS Cyclops with 300 people onboard went missing in the Bermuda Triangle.

Recently a small twin engine plane with 4 people on board suddenly went off radar when it was flying to Florida from Puerto Rico.

These incidents have been explained through various theories. A few of the explanations given are paranormal activity like aliens and UFOs and others suggest electromagnetic interference which cause compass problems.

That of the ship of Ellen Austin, a ship that sailed from Liverpool to New York. The ship reached the Bermuda region, where the crew saw a richly loaded ship which had been abandoned. Seeing this as a golden opportunity, some crewmen were sent on that ship to sail alongside. However, a wicked storm seperated the 2 ships. 

Later, when they met, the other ship was again found without the crewmen, although the ship was still stocked. Then, the captain took control of the loaded ship but suddenly a thick fog blocked the view and the ghost ship vanished along with the captain…

This is not the end, there are many more mysterious stories which are really confusing. The ones mentioned above are my personal favourite. These stories are interesting as well as mind boggling. But, these aren't all, there are more mysterious theories and unresolved conspiracies.
