What is hemoglobin..?

Everyone is known about hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is a component or substance which gives the red colour to the red blood cells or blood and helps in transport of oxygen through red blood cells in all over body.

What is normal range of hemoglobin..?

The normal range of hemoglobin for men is between 14 to 17.5 grams per deciliter ( gm/dL) 

The normal range of hemoglobin for women is between  12.3 to 15.3 gm/dL.

What happens when someone has low hemoglobin..?

If a disease or condition affectes the body's production of red blood cells ( RBC). The hemoglobin levels may drop fewer red blood cells and lower hemoglobin levels may cause the person to develop anemia.

What is Anemia…?

Anemia is a blood disorder that occurs when there is not enough Hemoglobin or decrease the number of red blood cells in a person's blood. When a person develops anemia he or she is said to 'anemic'. There are several different types of Anemia some causes only mild health problems.

There are four types of anemia 

  1. Aplastic anemia : which can cause fever, frequent infections and skin rashes.
  2. Folic acid difficiency of anemia: this can cause irritability, diarrhoea, smooth tounge.
  3. Homolytic anemia: This can cause jaundice, fever, dark urin, abdominal pain.
  4. Sickle cell anemia : This can causes painful swelling in feet and hands as well as fatigue.

What causes Anemia…? 

  • Our body uses iron to make hemoglobin. A lack of iron in the body is the most common causes of anemia.
  • Blood loss. Blood loss during pregnancy childbirth and monthly periods. Blood loss also caused by ulcer, some cancer and operations.
  • Less intake of iron in meals or poor iron diet.

What are the symptoms of anemia..?

There are number of symptoms that occur in all types of anemia that are including 

Feeling tired, trouble to breath, dizziness, Headache, feeling cold, weakness, pale skin, brittle nails, fast heat beat, fatigue.

What should we do if we have anemia…?

  • Take a help of your doctor to diagnose your disease.
  • Take iron rich food or supplements of iron which can helps you to produce or make hemoglobin.
  • The rich food are kidney beans, ground beef, whole wheat, peanut butter, Spinach.
  • Fruits are beetroot, carrots, apples, banana, pomegranate they have rich of iron.
  • Take vitamin B supplement which have a vitamin difficiency.

Avoid that foods which causes allergenic condition or increase your level of anemia.
