In the 21st century,we know that the world is developing day by day and participation of women should be promoted in order to overcome economic crises.That means, men and women should be provided equal opportunities without any discrimination. Women should enjoy great economic independence for their existence. Education and empowerment have a great role in building a strong nation. They should be maintain gender equality which will help a nations progress.

This problems can be overcome through some factors by providing the 3 l's of empowerment: learning, labour and leadership.

Learning or Education is the first step. It helps women to break all the difficult situations and to be successful in life. Learning is a process on which any change is bult in a person. Education makes women aware of their rights and responsibilities. According to the present world men and women are given better education and they become earning members which helps to shoulder the responsibilities equally. And it will help women to create or transform a new generation that, moulding their character for a better society.

Labour is another important factor for earning and meeting their day by day activities. Labour facilitate women to flourish and achieve their true potential. It will help women to earn and contribute the economic development of the nation. When women participate in the world force, they too often tend to get stuck with low payment,low security and low status jobs. To overcome such situations women should be encouraged and promoted so that they can feel a safety that will also help them to develop a better society. Accordingly we can say that elimination of gender gaps in economic participation can bring an increase in per capita income. Education and health care should be promoted for women. It will help them to flourish their ideas to the world.

Leadership enables women to rise and fulfill their innate ability and talents. Every women should certainly step outside of their comfort zone, if they need a proper place in the society. In India,most of the women feel safe and comfortable within the four walls of their home and even when they take up jobs they prefer to do safe jobs. Because they are afraid to take up more challenging jobs. If a boy can do it, why can't a woman perform. They should try their maximum to take up progress of the nation and also make them to believe in themselves which will help to bring and inevitable progress to the world. So it is essential that women be ready to dare the difference.
