Hello Reader's, Wishing you all very good day..! After reading the word Strong, the thoughts that ponder in your mind is probably much related to the perfect physical fit or the visual appearance. You are right to some extent but today we will discuss about emotional and mental wellness of a women.

Today, I want to remind all of us how strong we mentally are. It not about being looking attractive, being popular or looking like model. It's  about our character. We shouldn't forget that we all have this strength inside us.

Strong women knows when and how to set their boundaries for the world. Though boundaries doesn't mean limiting up yourself rather it means setting your boundaries clear and crisp to limit unnecessary involvement of intruders.

It means being confident about your decisions, being productive, being optimistic and positive, turning your dreams into reality. Women knows when to forgive people for their deed and when to kick off from their lives without impacting anything or anyone.  Strong women face their fears, problems and issues and they know exactly how to deal with them independently. They take care of themselves while taking care of others including everyone surrounds them. 

They never afraid to stand up for what they believe in. They advocate themselves if they are right definitely by not hurting others as well. They remain respectful even when feeling proud and excited. They overcome haters by excluding their hatred and negativity. They always filled with generosity, kindness, integrity and authentic. Strong women search for strong permanent connections instead of temporary ones. They not only want love but they seek for soulmates.  Also, they pay off their pills by themselves without showing it off to others.

It's not always easy to be strong every time. But, we all are capable of being mentally strong irrespective of gender. Every people have these traits but sometimes they are unable to find out these characteristics. Let's self analyze ourselves, figure out our special characteristics and skill them up to make ourselves a stronger person for this world. It only takes self-trust, self-reliability and passion for being self-independent.

Be a leader, instead of being follower. Do good to others without hoping for anything in exchange.
