Look at all the positive things around you and you will find multiple reasons for self-love.
You are brave and strong : Always believe that you are brave and strong, no matter what the situation is. No matter how many ties you have fallen, be brave to stand up again and again and face the difficulties. “Running away is never be a choice”.
You are comfortable in every environment with all people : Little difficult to adjust in every environment but ultimately change is the only option you are left with and if you deny to change and decide to be rigid, then only you will be responsible for your downfall. “Be flexible always”.

Don't stress on thing too much which you cannot control, it only gives you anxiety and depression. Instead, try to figure out something positive, embrace the good things of your life.
