One of the most important things we can do is create kindness in our children to have kind adults in the future who will have the life skill to spread across their family generation and to the world.
If you see it from your child's perspective during this pandemic the only thing which is easily accessible is a gadget. So, my question is that has your child lost the touch to communicate with you or they are just bored at home? Maybe, teaching a life skill might help ignite their thoughts and which is why we should start practicing it now.

We all know meditation is practiced in various ways and we as adults think that how will a three-year child sit in one place?? but that's where the trick is we need to start somewhere.
Things we need
Soft Music.
A quiet place with your child where there are no distractions.
The willingness to do it whenever you think they are ready.
Things we don't need
Equipment's
Distractions around the child.
Last one most important forcing the child to do it because you think it's right.
