Life skills are the basic things that a child needs in their life right from the age of three years.

Why?

Why we should practice it?

One of the most important things we can do is create kindness in our children to have kind adults in the future who will have the life skill to spread across their family generation and to the world.

If you see it from your child's perspective during this pandemic the only thing which is easily accessible is a gadget. So, my question is that has your child lost the touch to communicate with you or they are just bored at home? Maybe, teaching a life skill might help ignite their thoughts and which is why we should start practicing it now.

That's why Life Flairs is here; this blog is going to help you understand each life skill and give you various ways to do it. Some of the ways would be as simple as dancing, painting, crafts, etc.

This blog will be open to all teachers and aspiring teachers who will give insights into their life skills and would provide you a lot of resources to support our children to be agentic learners of the future.

Meditation

The simplest yet difficult !!

We all know meditation is practiced in various ways and we as adults think that how will a three-year child sit in one place?? but that's where the trick is we need to start somewhere.

Things we need

• Soft Music.
• A quiet place with your child where there are no distractions.
• The willingness to do it whenever you think they are ready.

Things we don't need

• Equipment's
• Distractions around the child.
• Last one most important forcing the child to do it because you think it's right.
