Well, what is the cause of anger?
According to me, anger in the form of frustration can be because of anything happening in our lives or sometimes we are aggressive for no reason but it has a deep effect on our physical condition as well as mental condition too it harms us and sometimes other too well not sometimes most of the times the other person has to face the consequences of our anger which we cannot control
In anger sometimes we said some words which are very bad and too hurtful for the other person but we do not know until we completely vent out on that person then we feel guilty. It is a very true saying that sometimes words hurt more than actions. Words are too dangerous if used they are much more painful than physical pain but we lost our control over this. I too have faced this situation many times I have vent out on my sister or brother and some other person also and I regret it later so I really want to change myself I am searching for how to control anger issues.
Sometimes anger is also because of depression when you lose confidence or when you do not feel anything excited just in your own world collecting thoughts and getting frustrated on everything then you explode with everything inside you on the other person who is not clearly at fault
