Hello friends assalamualaikum welcome to my new blog…how are you everyone, hope you all are doing well 😊

First of all wish you all a very bright colourful and joyful holi….Holi is a ancient Hindu festival.it is a festival of colours. People make sweets like gujiya and mithai in their house at the time of Holi. Being from a Muslim family i dnt know much about Holi but yes from the childhood i love this festival very much….

Today I was missing my childhood days when from early morning 8am we wake up and started playing Holi with colours and eating gujiya…  that are the awesome days of my life… now we don't play with colours but we still make some gujiya in our house…. We started filling water balloons from night and fill one big bucket with balloons for next morning…. But now we don't play because of some people take advantage of this festival and do some bad things…specially for girls this is not safe to play Holi now..you can play with your family. It is one of the most important festivals in India. Holi is celebrated each year with zeal and enthusiasm in the month of March by followers of the Hindu religion. Those who celebrate this festival, wait for it every year eagerly to play with colours and have delectable dishes.

Holi has derived from the demon king Hiranyakashyap’s sister ”Holika”. Hiranyakashyap had a blessing from the Lord Vishnu that he won’t get killed by any animal or human being and he wants everyone to worship him rather than any other god which made him angry because of his own son ”Prahlad” worship Lord Vishnu knowingly of his father wants him to be worshipped.

I also love to play Holi and waiting from one year for this festival and we are going to celebrate with our family.Long before water balloons and pichkaaris, Holi was only an idea- an idea that transpired to become one of the most amusing festivals of the world. This tradition has transpired through ages to signify the festival of colours across the globe, with its origin solely in the Hindu mythology. While the main festival of colours is officially due in a couple of days, a lot of people in the country have already started indulging in merrymaking.Holi heralds the arrival of spring after winter. It signifies the victory of good over evil and is celebrated as a day of spreading happiness and love.
