Reality show in his name it means real but in today's time reality show become just a money earning platform where more than talent you need to have some emotional story or some entertaining story behind your life which can give channel to use your story to blackmail audience so that they syphathise with you and do some mercy on you and give their vote or time to watching you.

Channel's only focus is now that contestant has to be give them some masala so that they can serve this masala to audience with some more dishes which they made by themselves like showing their parents or wife or child etc. They don't pay attention of you have talent or not. If you are an average contestant they can make you go forward with your emotional stories. 

I was enjoy watching reality before because at that time there are only few channel which show reality show or even reality show are also so much less. And at that time they more focused on quality show like boogie woogie and kbc and dance India dance all those shows are really good in quality which is why they become so popular even till now people remembered all those shows.

But there is not only channel fault because there are so many channel which show same type of content so if you want that your channel show must be watched by more people. Channel start using all those tactics which is actually liked by audience and they get involved in their channel or reality. 

Channel just want to make money and for this they do whatever help him to make more money. And in this race they forget about quality content. 

They waste so much money on contestant clothes, stages and also pick contestant family members who can give them some content which can make their show differ from any other show.

But for me reality show should be stick to quality because if your quality is good then no one can stop you to become no. 1.
