Hello im going to share how i loss my fat and get six pack abs in 2018 i waight is 79 kg and one day i decited to do workout and the next day i do gym and do workout after 1 week there is no result becouse im not following good diet and the i watch videos how yo loss fat and deit plain and i ask my gym trainer to tell me good diet and he tell me in this week i have to eat 5 eggs 30 gram oats in lunce i have to eat 1 cup white rice and vegetable dish. Befour workout i need to drink 1 full cup orange jucie in workout i do 50 puchup and 50 situp and 50 pullup 30 minuts tradmel after workout i drunk protin shake in dinner i eat low carbs food
2 week he change my diet plane morning 3 eggs 20 gram oats and two broun bread and penut butter. In lunch i eat 2 cup rice and vigetable befour workout i drink bannana milk shake in workout i do 60 pushup 60 pullup and 60 setup and after i drink my protin shake in dinner i eat fish and one cup rice
3 week he change my workout plane and diet plane morning i eat 2 eggs and 30 gram oats and 3 broun breat in lunch i eat two chapati defour workout i eat 5 almound and drink bannana shake in work out i do 70 puchup 70 pullup and 70 setup and doing 10 min running after workout i drink ny protin shake and in dinner i eat chicken breast with rice .
4 week my treaner change my workout plain and diet plain in moring i eat 40 gran oats and 4 broun breat with low fat milk and in lunch 2 cup boil rice befour workout my treaner give me perwork out drink and in workout i do 80 pullup 80 pushup and 80 situp 20 min running and afer workout i drink my protin shake in dinner i eat boil rice and boil chicken
5 week i do follow same diet but my treaner change my workout plain he told my do 100 puchup 50 pullup and 20 setup and run 30 minuts and after 2 week i chick my waight i loss 30 kg and im still workout this how i loss my fat
