The amount of money one has determines how happy they can be. For some, however, happiness may mean something different, maybe having to do with their sense of purpose in life. For instance, volunteering or charity may bring you satisfaction if you feel that helping others is your mission in life.

Knowing what brings you joy will get you one step nearer to living a happy life. Happiness is more than just a sentiment that one experiences in their early years. It's an emotion that everyone can experience at any time. However, each person will have a different method for obtaining it. It is possible to rewire your perspective on life, eliminate negative behaviors, and adopt new ones in order to increase your level of happiness on a daily basis. Even just knowing how to be joyful is beneficial.

1.Do not compare

You shouldn't measure your happiness or advancement against other people's.  Assuming you are a business owner, you should avoid comparing your sales figures to those of a competing business. Rather, aim to surpass your previous sales record. You'll avoid disappointment and discouragement down the road by doing this. It's also necessary to let go of the ideal you believe you should maintain, particularly if you know achieving that objective would not provide you any fulfillment. Maybe those are other people's aspirations rather than your own.

2.Know yourself

Find yourself for a time. Give yourself some time to discover your true self. We can ignore everything outside of ourselves while we are in the present moment. We detach from the outside world and culture that permeates our existence, let go of the past, and cease speculating about the future.

Be yourself, know yourself, and know thyself.

3.selflessness

To be unselfish is to put the needs of others before your own. It occurs when you give to others without considering your own gain. This might be as easy as lending your lunch to a friend who forgot their own, or it could be more involved like giving up your bus seat to someone who is in more need.Being unselfish is crucial because it fosters a world that is more compassionate and kind. We are more inclined to assist others when we consider their needs. This has the potential to significantly alter their life.be kind to yourself and others.

Find happiness in every little things..🥰

I hope this helps you well..😻
