How Many Forevers We Are Wasting By Staying Here...

Hello guys.

Have you ever felt that you've run out of time? It is like you're always trying to do more, but you don't have enough time to do what you really want to do?

Well, you are not alone.

Most of us spend a lot of time on Netflix, Instagram and other social media platforms. But there are many other ways we don't feel bad about spending time.

You can say “Yes” too many responsibilities, be too self-committed, work hard on yourself, be too stubborn, or easily get out of track. As Francis Crick once said, busy life is a waste. The truth is that we are all very afraid to waste our lives. Here's what you can do to prevent it: our lives. Everything comes from a combination of vision and progress. Actions and dreams. There is a difference between fantasy and reality.

Life is full of Unexpected news, so you can't always predict what your daily life will be in the next few months. However, you can try to get the most out of your daily routine. stop guessing and start watching.

I often waste time when I think I'm productive, but I'm just wasting time. We tell ourselves to “find inspiration” or “do market research” by spending hours browsing social media feeds. As self-help gurus preach this, we begin to develop morning routines that take less than hours to actually get things done. If that is the case, it is advisable to start tracking production times. Download free time trackers such as Toggl and Boosted to track your working hours until you have a clear idea of how you're spending your wake-up time. We also significantly underestimate the time spent on social media, news feeds and other forms of distraction.

You don't have to keep track of every minute of the day for the rest of your life. If you feel that you fully understand the mistakes( and how to avoid them), you can stop watching. Requirements may vary by job and role. Create a “Cheat sheet for current priorities”. Knowing your priorities and why you want to stick to them makes it much easier to perform your main task. If you try to do many things at once, most people will fail. We recommend limiting the “current Priority” to 35items at a time. If you have more than 5priorities, there is almost certainly nothing.

Be the most forgiving person you know. Most of us spend most of our time sticking to the past. People. missed opportunities, our own mistakes, and distractions, the inability to focus and properly prioritize. We continue to think of Setova, even though we know there is nothing we can do to restore the past.
