Hi guys. Welcome to my another blog.Hope you guys are safe and good. This blog is about protein rich foods.

Protein is a source of energy. If you consume more protein than you need for body maintenance and other necessary functions, it can be used for energy. If it is not needed for energy it will be converted to fat and stored on the body. Protein is vital for building, maintaining and repairing body tissue. Hair, skin, eyes, muscles and organs are all made from protein

Egg

When compared to other high-protein foods like meat, eggs are an excellent source of natural protein and are also very inexpensive. Although both the egg white and the yolk contain protein, the yolk contains a larger concentration of protein than the white.Egg contains 13g of protein.

Yogurt from Greece

Greek yoghurt is a great source of protein, with 2 to 3 times the protein content of normal yoghurt. In fact, a 200 gramme serving of Greek yoghurt (about a cup) has about 20 grammes of protein.

Cottage Cheese

Cottage cheese is a low-calorie dairy product that is high in nutrients. It's high in protein, with a small amount of high-calorie fats and sweets. As a result, it is a very popular and excellent diet meal. It contains 11g of protein.

Tofu

With roughly 22 grammes of protein per serving, tofu is a great source of protein. Tofu can be used as a meat substitute since it is a complete protein (meaning it contains all nine necessary amino acids required by the human body). Many vegetarians and vegans utilise tofu as the main protein source in their meals.

Pumpkin seeds

Pumpkin seeds, which are edible seeds found in pumpkins, are high-protein vegetarian foods. Iron, magnesium, and zinc, among other minerals, are abundant.

Black beans

Black beans are frequently a low-cost source of protein. Black beans may be cooked in a variety of ways, making them an extremely versatile ingredient in the kitchen.

Nuts and seeds

Nuts and seeds are good for your child's health. They're high in good fats and include a good quantity of protein. You can give your youngster a handful of nuts or nut butters as an evening snack.

Chickpeas

They are a high-fiber, nutrient-dense vegetarian protein that helps to maintain heart and bone health. They also protect against cancer.

Thank you guys…

Keep supporting..
