The most essential aspect in today's world is your mental health!!

You heard it right !

9-5 Jobs, Business, financial as well health conditions, relationship issues, career and the list goes on!

Who doesn't have problems in their life? Everyone is facing them in their way.

We have read this quote a manny times;

 If you can't stop the storm you just have to deal with it and wait for it to pass by!

The same sentence applies to our problems in life.

So,

There comes two things to solve the problem, 

First- Dealing with the situation and Second- Wait for it to pass by.

TIPS TO DEAL WITH YOUR PROBLEMS

  • Always remember we are not the only one who are facing dilemmas in this world, some don't share them
  • Calm down, Close your eyes and Deep breath in and out for  at least 2 times
  • Try to sort the stuff, for that, you need to talk and listen to the person have a discussion rather than turning it into an argument or cold wars
  • Ask yourself if you are acting right or wrong
  • Whether you might be elder or younger you can be false, so first, analyse
  • Do not feel inferior for apologising
  • Every person around us is different just like our 5 fingers
  • No one is perfect here
  • Sometimes you need to forgive
  • Eliminate doubts and ‘what if’ thoughts from mind

TIPS TO STAY CALM DURING PROBLEMS

  • If you cannot sort out troubles don't over think them just move on
  • However human psychology is to keep on thinking about negative facts so just divert yourself to other hobbies or activities or keep on concentrating on your work
  • Meditate for at least 15minutes daily in the morning or evening
  • Believe the timing, nothing is permanent so the problems here are
  • Time heals everything
  • Stay healthy, have a walk-in woods, gardens, spend time on your terrace but without any electronic device
  • Listen to songs, and love yourself!
  • keep your mind clean out of fears
  • Your Mind is connected to your gut, 90% of your body is dependent upon your mental health keep it happy!
  • Anyways who doesn’t like to look smart and confident and fresh, we are our own beautiful! 
                                                         “Nobody else is responsible for your happiness and you can't give them that power because you can't burden another person with that responsibility”.

When a hurricane occurs the only trees with strong roots stay upright and survive!

So it's all up to your mental health and your mental stability. Mind is your root keep it healthy and strong!
