Low On Energy? Check Your Hb Levels!

We all love keeping our body healthy and fit!

Besides this something which is also important is STAMINA.

People from northern countries do both, jobs and every household chores too like gardening, plumbing, they own the majority of  tools. They hardly keep maids or servants.

all these things need stamina right?!

HB means Haemoglobin, which is one of the components of our blood.

What is the function of Hb?

Haemoglobin (Hb) carries oxygen with the (red blood cells) blood and,

Rich Oxygen Blood keeps your body away from microbes and produces energy.

Good Hb level is equal to Good energy and stamina!

What can deplete the Hb level?

Males should be ranging 13.5-17.5 mg/dl while females should have 12.0- 15.5mg/dl.

Causes for low hb levels-

  • Excess bleeding during menstruation.
  • Intestinal ulcers
  • Bleeding Piles
  • Major Injury
  • Bone marrow problems
  • Kidney failure
  • Abnormal haemoglobin structure
  • common cause is NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCY

Low Hb levels cause low stamina, lack of energy, feeling breathless or fatigue after climbing stairs, low appetite.

How can you increase Hb levels?

  • All you need to have is IRON, Vit.B12,  in your diet

Foods that increase Hb levels are:

  • Handful Jaggery and peanuts
  • 1 Beetroot
  • Green vegetables like Spinach
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 2 tbsp of Garden dress seeds (Halim seeds) boiled in milk
  • 5 Dates dressed with pure ghee

I can provide you with a helpful diet routine, you can follow this, 
Have a look over! 

  1. Daily after Lunch have a handful of jaggery and peanuts you can make its ladoo’ too can be easy to grab and consume it!
  2. Three times a week, have boiled beetroot in the form of “Indian style Parathas”, Soup, Grated Salad in lunch
  3. Four times a week have Pomegranate Juice or Just chew and throw away the seeds in it!
  4. Two times a week have Spinach and the tastiest form of it can be “Indian Palak Paneer”
  5. Three times a week Dates garnished with pure ghee! With your a mid day meal.
  6. Five times a week have ½tsp of halim seeds soaked in water for 6 hrs with warm cup of milk before bed!

To gain something you need to be consistent  make it a habit and enjoy your results!
All you need is to involve the above foods in your daily routine as with mid-day meal or with your lunch/ dinner as side by’

Have a healthy diet!

Be fit!

Be Energetic!
