Expert discover that DEPRESSION is not a choice It's a new form of BRAIN DAMAGE.
It's not a joke you will see the person smiling but inside that person is dying.
You never know what a depressed person is going through.
If someone comes to you to share about something
Please don't shoo them away listen to what they are talking try to calm them
Make them understand the situation but don't complicate it and make them feel more depressed,be there for them
What people never understand is depression isn't about the outside its about the inside
You'll see that person enjoying smiling and happy ,But u don't really know what they face.
They have sleepless nights they struggle to sleep
They cry all night
Morning u'll see them with a smile on the face
And one day you see them sad during day time
Instead of asking them “Why are you sad today?" Just ask them do u want to share anything
I'm There for you 🤗
This would make them feel better
They might share something
Instead of calling them cry baby
Ask them if they can share something with you They might feel better like okay There is someone who cares about me who's ready to listen to what I'm going through.

-Alcohol or drug abuse

Few things to cope up with depression
-Socialize
-Improve your sleep
-Maintain a good hygiene
-Curb negative thinking
-Yoga or meditation
-Think positive
-Read books
-Travel
-Music
-Focus on your goals
-Indulge in some activities

So please approach to a person
Who is depressed then making fun of them.
One day you might see that they are no more,You might feel guilty later that you should have approached to that person
Before they are no more approach and talk to them You might save a person
You really don't know what that person is thinking that moment
"I have depression. But i prefer to say "I battle" depression instead of "I suffer" with it. Because depression hits, but I hit back. Battle on."
