Hi guys,do you enjoy learning of such topics about health.i think, today every one is concious about their beauty more than their health.many of cosmetics are available now to increase beauty but it had its own side effects soo. among beauty and health hair are one of the common thing.many of them faces Hairfall they treat it with many home remedies and taken medicated.aswell….

Today I would like to share about the myth and reality about dandruff and hair.

First of all i am just talk about what I learned about dandruff.

Dandruff is a common condition that causes skin on scalp to flake.it isn't contagious or serious. But it can be embarrassing and difficult to treat. Mild dandruff can be treated with a gentle daily shampoo. If that doesn't work, a medicated shampoo may help.

But the myth behind every dandruff issue is due falling hair or hair fall.you think so ..but it not real it's a fake one.dou know how dandruff comes ? It's over oil deposition over hair .it may be like powder .some are sticky.but can be treated by using shampoo but if it comes again consult a dermatologist and use medicated shampoo provided by physician.and directed.

And next condition is hairfall .the common myth behind it was dandruff but you must understand about it .it was fake.and hairfall can occur due to some fever cases ,water issues and lack of vitamin D deficiency.

I had this issue still I face it.covid is my reason for hair fall .and you must check vitamin D test if excess loss.don't afraid of lossing use home remedies like natural .use aloe Vera gel and other naturals.which improve you can use it regularly but if it not work then only you can test vitamin D.

If you found any deficiency don't be depressed you can recover from it advised by physician by morning and evening sunlight and some vitamin D capsule.you can fix and get over from the hai loss.

Avoid depressed mood .it only gave you over falling of your hair.stress anxiety can cause hairfall.must be care about it and don't be afraid of losing hair.think seven hair follicles are growing day by day that means everyday with in your head.so don't worry dear s.everything should be fine soon and I want to tell you  that don't learn about myth like this.and don't be depressed . depression only give a unhealthy life and lifestyle to all our body .so avoid depression and take care yourself..
