Body transformation means gaining/reducing the body weight according to height. Please find below the four pillars to do the same 

  • Proper knowledge
  • Well balanced diet
  • Routine workouts
  • Focus, discipline and, patience

There are several ways to gain proper knowledge and start a fitness journey.

  • Body genetics role
  • Reading books on exercises and food
  • Internet surfing for basic information
  • Watch interviews of experienced personalities who share their views on changing shape

Balanced diet

Diet is the hardest and most important part which helps in improving body structure. if it takes time to gain fat then it also takes time to lose the fat. It is not an overnight process.

Counting calories of food intake is necessary and help to bring results faster. Eating less amount of calories does not mean eating less food but fewer calories food that helps in fat loss.

  • Set the goal to gain weight or muscle and eat calories surplus food.
  • Protein helps in building lean muscles than carbohydrates.
  • Drink 3 to 4 liters of water every day.
  • Stay honest to diet plan. Don't eat any food that available in front of your eyes. Eat less oily and avoid junk/packed foods.

Routine workouts

After the diet, routine workouts are necessary to change muscle shapes and improve/build strength. There are two ways to perform exercises

  • Join gym
  • Home workouts

Gyms are available in every area with advanced types of equipment and experienced trainers. Start with lifting light weights and slowly increase them. Cardio is another best way to lose fat and increase endurance. the most important exercises for beginners and advanced squats, deadlifts, running, pull-ups, and pushups these exercises help in overall strength and muscle building.

Home workouts seem to be easy but hard and equally beneficial as gym sessions (if only need good body shape) and, also less investment is required to buy types of equipment like dumbells, rods, bench. to get the best results, do easy pushups/pullups, dumbell squats, short-distance running to boost stamina and increase metabolism (if someone wants to get rid of fat, they can wear Huddy and start skipping ropes under the sun)

Discipline

Discipline is key to success in every field and helps in focus on the task. For transformation, it is the key element. Also, eating routines improve sleeping. No one can achieve success in one day, patience is necessary for the best results so don't lose hope. Anyone can achieve their transformation goals but not in a finger snap.

Summary

Body transformation is not an overnight process, so be patient and work hard. Diet control is the best and the hardest way to see results. Make use of the internet and read books for basic knowledge. Be honest with yourself and strict with your plans.
