5 Ways To Earn Money Online
This pandemic has left us in a tough spot. Many have lost their jobs. Many have graduated but not getting any job. And then some are in dire need of money for different purposes.
Many online platforms give you money for small tasks, but they are not enough to support livelihood. So, here I have bought you a list of 5 different platforms that could even become your permanent source of income.
- UPWORK: Most of us may know about Upwork. It is one of the biggest freelancing platforms in the world. It provides opportunities of all types starting from simple data entry to complex problems. There are thousands of jobs posted every day and people are earning lakhs every month. The most important tip to surviving on this platform is to keep your profile 100% complete, craft the proposals beautifully (try to explain how they'd benefit from hiring you), and try to get as many positive reviews as you can. For the first few jobs, focus on getting quality reviews instead of the amount.
- FIVERR: Fiverr is also one of the most reputed freelancing platforms. Some clients prefer Fiverr because here they can get gigs as low as $5. You can sell your services for $5 or more depending on the work. The most important thing to keep in mind while setting up the gig is to use keywords to rank your gig. When a client searches for a job they will go through the first few gigs from the thousands of gigs present. So, take some time, go through other gigs, pick up relevant keywords, and add it to your gig and you are good to go.
- TOPTAL: Toptal is also a freelancing platform but one can only get here if they have exceptional knowledge in their fields. They hire only the best freelancers. It is tough to get in there, but it could be the best platform for you once you are in.
- FREELANCER: This is another popular freelancing platform. It works the same as Upwork. You apply to jobs, send them proposals and if they like your offer they'll contact you. The only problem with its platform is that anyone can join the platform, unlike Upwork which screens every application. So, the competition here is high and you may even get tricked by fraud clients if you are not careful. Otherwise, you can try this one too.
- GURU: It is one of the lesser-known freelancing platforms. So, the competition here is low and the number of jobs too. You'll mainly find jobs that require a little bit of expertise. Simple jobs like data entry or admin tasks are rare to find. You may try your luck here.
I would also like to mention other platforms like PeoplePerHour, Simply Hired, Aquent, and Flexjobs. You can also try out Chegg if you have good knowledge about any of the subjects provided.
There are many freelancing platforms, but the ones mentioned above are the best ones. Freelancing is tough but with everything can be achieved with dedication.
